Critical recognition continues for A Bloodless Crime, which will return to theaters this November as an official selection of the Somewhat North Of Boston Film Festival. The 2014 short from Pilotgroove Pictures was one of 64 films announced by festival organizers yesterday to show November 6-9 in Concord, New Hampshire. The announcement continues a string of accolades for the film, which won an Audience Choice Award at 48 Hour Film Project, NH and was nominated for several other awards, including Best Writing and Best Actor (Dan Larson).
A Bloodless Crime has 2 scheduled screenings at this year’s festival:
Friday, 11/7 @ 2PM (Crime & Punishment block)
Saturday, 11/8 @ 4PM (New Hampshire block #2)
The S.N.O.B. Film Festival, now entering it’s fifth year, is a grassroots effort to showcase and support independent filmmaking. It brings films to northern New England from around the region and around the world, which audiences might not see otherwise. The 2014 festival marks the second S.N.O.B. selection for Pilotgroove Pictures. In 2011, Just Remember That They’re Dead won a festival selection and the award for Best Regional Filmmaker (P.J. Huot and Ben Peirce).
